Standing Rib Roast Porn
Last night, I made this delicious 4 bone standing rib roast using the Alton Brown recipe, which required cooking at low heat (200 degrees) for about 3 hours until the meat reached 120 degrees and then crisping for 10 minutes at high heat (150 degrees) to produce a spectacular — and perfectly rare — meal for 8 of us for New Year’s Eve.


And it was a most delicious meal! Good wine, good food, good company. Life is good.
